Hotel built in 1992. It is located in a natural environment, close to the industrial and business parks of Ourense such as the Parque Tecnológico de Galicia and the industrial estates of San Cibrao das Viñas and Barreiros.

It is 4 kilometres from the Trade Fair Centre Expourense.

Five minutes from the city centre; 8 km from the train station and 9 km from the bus station.

Located in Alto O Cumial, excellently communicated with the industrial estates of Orense and the Parque Teconológico de Galicia.

Just 5 minutes from the monumental and financial centre of Orense and 4 kilometres from the Expourense Trade Fair Centre. Sport and leisure areas in the surrounding areas (golf course just 5 minutes away, municipal sports complex...).

How ro arrived:

• The hotel is located in the outskirts of Orense in the direction of Madrid, very close to the Industrial Estate of San Cibrao das Viñas.
• By car via the A-52 from Madrid, exit 210 of the motorway, follow signs to the “Polígono Industrial San Ciprián” and “Parque Tecnológico”. Exit 224 from Vigo in the direction of Madrid, follow signs to the “Polígono Industrial de San Ciprián”.
